Who We Are
We are a bold team of Millennials and Gen Z’ers who are building the future of our communities in Georgia. At Georgia Shift, we’re not just organizing—we’re reshaping what community and civic engagement looks like for people ages 18 to 45 across the state. We center young people in places often overlooked—rural counties, small towns, public housing, HBCUs, and campuses—meeting them where they are and helping them take ownership of their voice and their vote.

Through voter education, local organizing, and issue advocacy, we’re turning everyday conversations into action and transforming engagement into long-term impact. We know that change doesn’t happen overnight—but it does happen when the people take the lead. That’s why we’re here: to shift culture, policy, and community in Georgia from the ground up
What We Do
We engage, amplify, empower, and mobilize young people to lead change in Georgia—especially in communities that are often left out of the process.

Our work includes
- Year-Round Organizing – We meet people where they are: on campus, online, at the door, and in the community. Our organizers build relationships and leadership pipelines that last beyond election cycles.
- Voter Education + Mobilization – From voter registration to ballot breakdowns, we help folks understand the issues and show up with confidence at the polls.
- Policy + Issue Advocacy – We train young people to speak out on the policies that directly impact their lives—from housing and education to economic justice and reproductive rights.
- Leadership Development – We equip the next generation with the tools, skills, and networks to not just participate—but to lead

Meet The Team
Our work would not be possible without the support of our motivated leadership team.
Our generation is revolutionizing Georgia here and now. Building a place where young people’s live are valued and their futures protected. On campuses and communities across the state. We organize young people to build independent political power.
