  1. What’s the most inspiring part of your job? The opportunity to bring new people into the process who’ve never been engaged before.
  2. What is something about yourself that isn’t on your resume? Nature photography is one of my favorite hobbies.
  3. If you could be anywhere other than here, where would you be? Los Angeles as a creative director role for an emerging media brand or entertainment company.

  1. What’s the most inspiring part of your job? I am most inspired when young people realizes their power to make change in their communities.  
  2. What is something about yourself that isn’t on your resume?  I’m a pretty good cook. 
  3. If you could be anywhere other than here, where would you be? I love Texas!  I have family in Texas and I wish everyday that I could be closer to them. So if I could be anywhere other than Augusta,  it would be Texas! 
  4. If you could only have three apps on your smartphone, which would you pick? Facebook, Twitter, Google.

Brian Nunez

  1. What’s the most inspiring part of your job? My biggest inspiration is building the power of young people of color and empowering the most marginalized voices in our communities. 
  2. What is something about yourself that isn’t on your resume?  I am a pretty good tennis player and have taught Bachata classes in the past.
  3. If you could be anywhere other than here, where would you be? I would love to be in either picturesque Costa Rica or beachside in my beautiful island of Dominican Republic. 
  4. If you could only have three apps on your smartphone, which would you pick? Twitter, Youtube and Spotify. 

Iliana Perkins

  1. What’s the most inspiring part of your job? The most inspiring part of my job would be the people that I get to meet and interact with. I’ve had the pleasure of meeting some incredible people during last year’s fellowship and it’s managed to stick with me and continue to keep me motivated and inspired.
  2. What is something about yourself that isn’t on your resume? Something about myself that isn’t part of my resume would be my passion for helping and inspiring others which can only be measured in actions. 
  3. If you could be anywhere other than here, where would you be? If I could be anywhere other than here, I would be in two places, Germany and Aruba. Because I am bi-racial, diversity is very important to myself and my family and the diversity in both countries has left a long lasting impression. I also enjoy the culture, scenery, and food in both countries. 
  4. If you could only have three apps on your smartphone, which would you pick? If I could only have three apps on my phone I would have Facebook, Instagram and my USAA app. 

Megan Hicks

  1. What’s the most inspiring part of your job? The most important part of my job is that what we do allows young people to have a voice in the political process which determines how their future is set. As a mother I believe it is very important for children to have their opinions and what’s on their minds heard.
  2. What is something about yourself that isn’t on your resume? Something about me that is not on my resume is that I have seven children and that is the most important part of my life.
  3. If you could be anywhere other than here, where would you be? I could be anywhere in the world other than where I am now I would say me and my children we have our own private island that you will have to pay to come to. Will be somewhere secluded with the peacefulness of mother nature at her worst and best.
  4. If you could only have three apps on your smartphone, which would you pick? If I could only have three apps on my cell phone it would have to be the call app the message app and the internet app. those are the only apps you really need.

Evan Malbrough

  1. What’s the most inspiring part of your job? The most inspiring part of my job is helping young students like me get involved in civic engagement and become civic leaders. 
  2. What is something about yourself that isn’t on your resume? Something that is not on my resume is that I box and I play the cello.
  3. If you could be anywhere other than here, where would you be? If I could be anywhere but here, I would like to be in Cordoba , Argentina. I love the baroque style mixed with the urban environment.
  4. If you could only have three apps on your smartphone, which would you pick? If I only had three apps on my phone they would be Youtube, Messenger, and Music.
